Home staging is a service I offer to homeowners and real estate agents to assist them in selling homes faster and for higher prices. I've staged many homes this spring, summer and now fall season. In the Boston, MA?area we're blessed to still have a thriving real estate market in comparison to many other parts of the country.?
Something I?always consider?when staging homes is how to make a good first impression on potential homeowners. In addition to creating curb appeal the foyer is generally what creates?the first impression of the interior of a house. I love to create really inviting foyers and there are a few key items that every foyer should have for both staging and decorating.??These items include?a?table, lamp, mirror, rug,?and flowers.
